Our newest edition, please read! Dainty & Durable, but not indestructible. The longevity of the jewelry is directly influenced by care and lifestyle. If caught or snagged, the chain will break and/or stretch and can be replaced within 20 days for 30% off with inspection of the chain. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost jewelry. All sales are final. If you need to remove your chain for whatever reason, please cut it at the jump ring and save your chain! Contact us and we will re-weld it for you. WARRANTY If your JUMP RING breaks WITHIN 30 days, we will weld it back for free. If your JUMP RING breaks AFTER 30 days, there will be a $18 rewelding fee. If your CHAIN breaks WITHIN 20 days, replacements will be 30% off with inspection of the chain. If your CHAIN breaks AFTER 20 days, replacements will be full price. Please feel free to contact us for any issues so we can work with you to resolve them! For cancellations, reschedules and no shows, we understand that life happens. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance or the $20 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. FAQs What is permanent jewelry? Custom-fitted chains that are hand-welded to your preference! No clasp means it's unremovable. Can I remove my jewelry if I need to? Yes, you can easily cut it off! We do ask you to cut it off at the jump ring so we can re-weld it for you. What is the difference between gold-filled and gold-plated? Gold filled is a thick solid layer of gold around a high-quality jeweler's brass. It's perfect for everyday wear and won't tarnish or rust. Gold plated is a very thin layer of gold around various metals. It can chip, tarnish, or rust over time. We only offer gold-filled chains! Will it tarnish/rust or turn my skin green? Nope! We only offer quality 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains. Both are perfect for those who have skin sensitivities. Appointments are about 15-30 min long depending on how many pieces you are interested in. If you have multiple people in your group, please make sure to book the appropriate appointment type. Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to read over our policies before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to each businesses policies. For ANHSTOPPABLE NAILS, CLBS, and CANDYS PEDI STOP Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice. Missed appointments, cancelled, or no shows less than 24 Hours will be charged 100% of the service booked to the credit card you have on file. If the card does not work, you are required to pay that fee before you can book another with us again. We do understand that Life happens and there are certain situations that arise that cannot be predicted. We ask that you Please Communicate with your beauty professional if something should come up. Keep in mind that if we see a consistent pattern or several cancellations occur we will ask that you find a new beauty professional. A credit card is required to be on file before you book any services. This policy is in place so we can continue doing what we all love. For GOLDIE ZAP GALS In studio Appointments For cancellations and reschedules, we understand that life happens. Please let us know 24 hours in advance. Deposit will be forfeited if notice is less than 24 hours and a 20% fee will be charged for no shows. Private Parties and Events Reservation Details are confirmed 72 hours before the event. If a cancellation is needed, we require a 2-week minimum to not forfeit deposit. For ANHSTOPPABLE SMP INK DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS LESS THAN 72 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT.
